Exchange-Only Policy

Important Policy Notice

CLINICAL COUTURE operates on a strict exchange-only basis. Refunds or returns for monetary credit are not offered.

We want you to love your CLINICAL COUTURE apparel. If your item doesn't fit quite right, we're happy to exchange it for a different size in the same style, subject to availability.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned:

✓ Eligible for Exchange

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • With original packaging intact
  • Within 14 days of delivery

✗ NOT Eligible for Exchange

  • Worn, washed, or used items
  • Items without original tags
  • Items without original packaging
  • Altered or damaged items
  • Items marked "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Important: Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way will not be accepted. CLINICAL COUTURE reserves the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet these conditions.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Us Email us at admin@clinical-couture.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange.
  2. Receive Authorization We'll review your request and send you exchange instructions along with a return shipping address if approved.
  3. Ship Your Item Package your item securely and ship it to the provided address. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Receive Your Exchange Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship your exchange item. You'll receive tracking information via email.

Exchange Timeline

  • Request Window: Within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Exchange Shipping: Standard shipping times apply to exchange orders
