Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. Expedited shipping options (2-3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. This applies to all U.S. addresses.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options to serve our international customers in the future.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly! If you need to make changes, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes, but you can return items following our return policy.

What materials are your products made from?
Our sweatshirts and hoodies are made from premium cotton-blend fabrics (typically 80% cotton, 20% polyester) for comfort and durability. T-shirts are 100% ring-spun cotton for a soft, comfortable feel.
How should I care for my apparel?
We recommend machine washing cold with like colors, tumble dry low, and avoiding bleach. For best results with printed designs, turn garments inside out before washing.
Are your products true to size?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn items in original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at admin@clinical-couture.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Yes! We're happy to exchange items for a different size, subject to availability. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
